Santa Anita Racecourse Schedule
2008 Season
Santa Anita Racecourse's 2008 Winter/Spring thoroughbred racing season commences on December 26, 2007 and ends on April 20, 2008.
Santa Anita Racecourse also has a Fall Meet, presented by the Oak Tree Racing Association, and takes place from late September to early November each year.
Live racing is held Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays.
On weekdays, the gates open at 10:30 a.m. and first race post time is 1:00 p.m.
On weekends through February 2, 2008, the gates open at 10:00 a.m. and first race post time is 12:00 p.m.
On weekends beginning February 9, 2008, the gates open at 10:30 a.m. and first race post time is 12:30 p.m.
Santa Anita Racecourse will host the 2008 edition of the Breeders Cup World Thoroughbred Championships. |
