Woodbine Racecourse' 2011 Thoroughbred Racing Season commences on April 2, Saturday and ends on December 4, Sunday.
Live racing occurs every Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The major thoroughbred racing stakes events at Woodbine Race Track are:
- Sunday, June 5 - Woodbine Oaks
- Sunday, June 26 - Queen's Plate
- Sunday, August 7 - Breeders' Stakes
- Sunday, September 18 - Woodbine Mile Gr.
- Sunday, September 18 - Northern Dancer Turf
- Saturday, October 16 - E.P. Taylor Stakes
- Saturday, October 16 - Pattison Canadian International
- Saturday, October 16 - Nearctic Stakes
STANDARDBRED RACING
Woodbine Racecourse' Standardbred Racing Season has two meets:
- January 3, Monday till May 16, Wednesday
- October 3, Monday till December 3, Saturday
Live racing occurs every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The track is dark every Wednesdays and Sundays.
