Crystal Moments to strive to win #3 at Sirenia Stakes!
Crystal Moments is aiming for her third victory when she takes part in the Sirenia Stakes at Kempton Racecourse on Saturday.
Crystal Moments, a filly by Ed Dunlop, has been on the winner's podium in three of her four racecourse appearances to date but would be stepping into Pattern company for the first time in the Group Three event.
Crystal Moments' lone loss was on her second start at Doncaster Racecourse. In that contest, she came in fourth behind Rosabee.
"She's a sweet little filly who carried a lot of weight to win last time in a nursery," said Dunlop.
"She's not a flamboyant filly, she'll probably step up in trip before long.
"We'll keep an eye on the race. We wouldn't normally run a filly against the colts but we know she acts on the surface so it's under consideration.
"We were amazed she got beaten at Doncaster on her second run but on the face of it now, it doesn't look so disappointing!
"That is the plan anyway, we'll see how she is tomorrow."
